Location
City of Tigre http://www.tigre.gov.ar/
Located in the northern sector of Greater Buenos Aires, the City of Tigre was named after the river that flows through it, offering a wealth of sightseeing opportunities within the Delta area including catamaran trips, island stays, cultural visits and day trips around the arts and crafts and commercial centers. El Parque de la Costa, the Nini Marshall Playhouse and the Trilenium Casino add to the varied menu of activities. The Puerto de Frutos offers an attractive market for arts, crafts and local produce. The cultural offering includes several museums – the M.A.T. (Tigre Museum of Art), located at the imposing building of Tigre Club, the Sarmiento, and the National Naval Museum, thus completing the town’s touristic and cultural menu.
Within the surrounding area of the event, Nordelta's gourmet, cultural and sightseeing options stand out along with Bahía Grande's landscaped beauty.
